With every new owner came new ideas making each year better than the last. The Upper Crust Sandwich Shoppe is currently owned by Cary and Wretha Knight and has been for the past seven years.
  With Wretha's great cooking skills and Cary's creative business ideas The Upper Crust Sandwich Shoppe has become one of down town Riverside's most popular places for a great meal. The Upper Crust Sandwich Shoppe specializes in sandwiches, salads, soups and sweets.
